Well, that's correct. However, the term of the OLD CommAg that this NEW CommAg replaced was ALSO for the life of the MMP licensing program.

As that shows, what's true in contracts is simply that they apply until, well, they no longer apply. However, when they no longer apply isn't always based on the term listed in the contract.

I agree that nothing will change until the BOD decides to change it, either voluntarily or involuntarily.
