Perhaps you have forgotten, but two or three years ago a group of us tried very hard to get someone from our membership to spearhead an effort to change things. Where were you?

It is not in my nature to take a back seat in the bus, but I also realise that the driver needs to be someone who knows where he's going and how to get there. We have some very smart members here, but nobody took the lead. A lot of time has passed since then and our circumstances have changed.

We now have to wait and see what our BOD have in mind going forward. Nobody on this board has a better plan for us. So, the way I see it, our BoD have started down a road that could work out for us all. What seems to be the best plan, at this time, is to support them, and continue to voice our concerns for shareholder value.
