You flagged my post as 'Bashing'... Please tell me how that damage award of 1/10 of what TPL asks infringers to pay has strengthened our position at the negotiating table? Leckrone, and those who handed him the power to do so and then failed to monitor), negotiated a steeply disproportionate Apple license (stealing from PTSC shareholders) which was directly used by the jury in order to determine that pittance of a damage award.. And Otteson's hands were so tied that he couldn't even tell the jury what the license really was for ($6M.. $15M??) cuz he would have had to introduce that Leckrone stole the majority of it from PTSC and its shareholders for TPL... putting all of his previous testimony in jeopardy..
