underpinning ALL our Patent Prosecution efforts is what TPL desperately needed from PTSC back when the PDS JV was created. IMO, this alone was one of the main reasons TPL offered the JV alternative to PTSC.

Even going way back, it never appeared to me TPL would have qualified from their own activities to meet this domestic industry/commercialization requirement. Infact, at the HTC trial, DL's testimony on TPL's historical attempts of commercialization of the MMP technology was not too terribly convincing.

However, Gloria's testimony and her recounting of PTSC's various efforts and products going back to the 1990s was far more credible, and documented (Ground penetrating radar, gas antenna technology, data communications board, PTSC1000, Ignite chipset). Although we had limited success commercially, we could prove up plenty of evidence to actual products that were designed, built and either attempted to be sold, or sold in limited numbers.

Take note that PTSC individually is also a joined party to the ITC and NDOC actions; and will continue to be.
