If you think the MMP will get another 1.4 trillion from the remaining infringets, multiply that by the NDoC award of .000125 you get 175 million probably divided by 3 for the Leckrone Family and Moore, Ottesson, and PTSC. That equals 55 million for PTSC for the remainder of the MMP. Who has Alliacense notified? Commingling might also continue? So, again I ask, what is the trigger point where PTSC would act? If PTSC forecasts after a possible ITC loss that they are set to make 55 million or less for the remainder of the MMP life, then one would think everyone would be on the same page for PTSC to act. The numbers above could change and please post your own if you want. I'm hopeful they could average 2 million from the remaining companies. How many companies remain? 300 plus? I hope so and hopefully this post is a worst case scenario and PTSC has a plan for it.
