The stock is just aimless, like a small boat that's low on gas being pushed around by the waves of the sea.
Shareholders are looking for direction and a Plan from leadership.
What is the plan for PTSC ? Let shareholders assess whether we as a company or you as leaders can achieve it or not, but WHAT IS THE PLAN ??? Win at the ITC, what is the Plan ?? Lose at the ITC, what is the PLAN ?? Get limited license fees, what is the plan ? Get windfall license fees, what is the plan ? Once 2014 is here, what is the Plan ? as 2015 rolls in, what is the plan ? Once the patents expire, what is the plan ? In less than two years when just the "Look back" period is left, what is the plan ?
It's simply beyond comprehension that PTSC Shareholders are the only group out of the loop.
TPL knows their Plan. PTSC insiders knows their Plan; even if it's to do nothing but ride DL's coat-tails and let the chips fall where they may. Infringers know what plans are next for them. PTSC's lawyers know the infringers likely plans too.
PTSC is not the first company to prosecute patents. There is nothing so secretive that you cannot communicate with your Shareholders. Keeping Shareholders in the dark, providing them with no options but to expect you to conduct business as usual, with the same failed results for Stockholders, is what is strangling the stock.
Is the company afraid of what will happen if there really is no plan that can be determined in Shareholder's best interests, or that can be reasonably believed to raise the shareprice ?
Do you have a business plan besides just being reactionary and going day to day ? Tell Shareholders if you have a plan or not, and tell them what that plan is.
