Right there. That's the problem. He takes $400k+ a year to manage a staff of 1 or maybe 2 and doesn't know a simple metric key to future planning for the company. What else doesn't he know? Why? He's a CFO so should have every key metric on the tip of his tongue.
Someone asked why the BoD hasn't replaced him like they did all the others. I suggest it's because he does what they (mainly Carlton Johnson I expect) tell him to, unlike others before him who at least tried to promote PTSC even if they failed miserably. Being 'likeable' does not imply being 'effective'.
