We all had been wound to maximum tension leading up to the NDoC verdict.. On the heals of the ITC ID a loss here would have been devastating... So fortunately we win and all that tension is released.. we celebrated.. many bought more shares.. I'm sure a ton of traders were also in... So the shareprice goes up to 25 cents... The paultry damages award is mulled.. how it was determined by the jury, asking about DL's APL license [misappropriation] directly & taking it into account.. One of our only licensor's closets flung open for all investors and infringers to see... A call by many (and varied) participants on this forum to change the Licensor given his history (which I still believe would be the best course of action) The anticipated & promised media blitz doesn't come... in fact we hear zero follow up.. Nothing.. only thru shareholder conversations with CF do we begin to learn nothing is coming.. Acer, Amazon, Kyocera not even made public by our company while TPL does (making no mention of PTSC)... Now only via DD of shareholders (and the biz as usual no communication) we know nothing will happen until the ITC makes a decision on our pettition for review/appeal... All the traders got out.. knowing full well they can get back in later..
