Yup, I get that, but why even bring it up (Domestic Industry or Consumer Harm)? I am not a lawyer, obviously, but if I am not guilty, I am not going to ask the judge to not consider reversing the verdict because of what will happen to me in jail. I would simply state I am innocent, so there's no reason to even discuss what will happen to me in jail, because I ain't going there because I didn't do it. I am sure I am missing something but it just seems that the lawyers are trying to appeal to the ITC on other fronts in case they reverse the finding of infringement? Are they concerned about the NDOC rulling? All questions I can't answer. Hope things are good for you as well.
