Did the BOD only sue after we found out to cover their butts. If your co-owner is also your licensing agent and you catch him stealing from you redhanded for the tune of lets say 18.49 million. Wouldn't you take away his licensing duties? Would you go back and examine every license agreement and subpeona the licensee's that have purchased both MMP and TPLs soley owned licenses and get sworn testimony as to what the terms of the negotiations were to see if the MMP was devalued by being used as leverage to purchase the less valuable TPL licenses. Or would you settle for pennies and make an agreement and hide it. Then after this help your cheating co-owner out by renogotiating the COMAG so he can hide from other partners he has swindled.
