Why on earth didn't PTSC negotiate a Confidentiality Agreement which gave them unlimited access to all work product of TPL and Alliacense and any other Leckrone-related entity insofaras as such information is relevant to the MMP?
In over 40 years in IT I never entered into an agreement for, say, software design modification, if my employer didn't end up owning exclusive rights to that work. I would sometimes allow the third party to request to license the code back so they could re-use it or sell a product which included it, but very basically the premise was I own what I pay for.
Yet another example of the BoD not exercising fiduciary responsibility to protect the value of the company?
Does anyone have a bullet list of these apparent transgressions?
