WOW....WTF....

Are you saying, not even trust a court document that is posted on message boards? Or make sure, that even court documents one needs to get it into context with other information or documents because they might be used to generate a missleading impression into the market?

So, the $ 26.2Mio never were paid to TPL for the "mixed licenses" and for that reason the BaNosser posting "to show the docs" was 48h late?

hmmmm, does this qualify for a sec investigation into trading accounts, not only for the past few days but for past years?
