Stop letting the ptsc bod off the hook just because you think you can make a few bucks if all this is kept under the rug. Months ago, I said that the tpl bk was going to open a lot of eyes.

The ptsc bod have been incompetent or fraudulent since pohl and swartzies pump and dump years ago.

I would so love to see a miracle happen and have money clawed back from Swartz and have pohl end up in court for insider trading by working with swartz on the pump and dump. Toxic funder that he is.

I still think the best bet for shareholders is to somehow get on the tpl bk creditors committee. Don't know how as you have a private company bk, tpl, with a public company partner, ptsc.
