Many here own more shares than the BOD combined!!!!

The BOD really doesn't have any skin in the game share wise. They will not buy more and have said so. I even asked hired help at the company if she owned shares and she laughed at me and said.... NO!

The BOD gets a paycheck no matter what. They really are different than you, me and the rest of the shareholders. I have always affirmed that their pay should be tied to the performance of the stock!!!

There is more going on behind the scene now with all the players in this game! At this point I don't think any one player knows what all the players are up to. There are some meetings of shareholders for one thing. Let's see how it all plays out.
