I too think HTC really has nothing to lose by Appealing, and believe they will. I don't believe court costs will have any influence on that decision, it hasn't in the past, and besides, this really has been an Industry sponsored opposition.

The best use of this ruling and it's very strong and specific findings, is as others have said... straight to the eyes and ears of the ITC . Even if the ITC seriously considers Grewal's clearly targeted heart of the matter review, I think this also refocuses our side to see just how large of a pivotal legal element Moore's domestic industry contribution looms as a component of the ITC's decision.

We'll soon know how far Politics can be stretched.
