You are right about Grewal's clear review of the matter. I am so happy that he spelled it out for the entire industry to see and am hoping that it has great weight at the ITC!! Personally, I don't see how it could not.

Maybe it would be better for us if HTC did appeal the ruling to the Fed. district court. Hope it does not have to go all the way, but another judge to say that the patents are valid and HTC does indeed infringe ( like the one we have just won) on them certainly would not hurt.

I just can't see them being that wasteful with their monies at this point--if they do, it sure will cause some raised eyebrows (from me, anyway) about where the money is coming from. Politics can only be streched so far before our own citizens will stand-up for what is right--as did the jury and judge we have dealt with recently. GL, ads
