In my opinion we need to

1. get rid of DL

2. get rid of Alliacense

I might suggest that we concentrate on what we can do (digging up dirt on TPL) to help PTSC via the Creditors Committee to rid ourselves of any business dealings with this family and possibly work with Moore ( if he can stand the sight of our BoD any longer) to commercialize the MMP. I don't care if DL collects his legal % of the MMP but he cannot be allowed to move forward with authority over litigation, commercialization. We need to break the Master Agreement and the PDS joint venture agreement if possible. Whatever % of the MMP TPL has worked out with Moore is between them.

PTSC rightfully owns 50% of the MMP, so let the licensing begin again with a new partner and without any "off the top" inflated expenses paid to DL or his family. Let him fund his lavish lifestyle some other way but not on the backs of PTSC's shareholders.
