Yes, I do believe that Carl, Gloria and Cliff should be replaced, but not now. Now they are fighting the devil and as much as they have been his minions for so long, at this moment in time, I am behind them only if their fight is against him.

Gloria said that Leckrone threatened her with info about insider trading. IF (and this is a big IF) there is some truth to this, do you think Gloria should remain on the BoD? I would imagine the SEC might have their own ideas.

If Carl Johnson is found to have approved payments which supported Leckrone's lavish lifestyle all under the guise of bogus expenses and "other fees", would you still think that Carl should remain on the BoD?

I am not accusing them of any wrong doing. I am accusing them of being spineless. Did you ever read any of the documents from the PTSC vs TPL litigation? The gloves were off, until the settlement. Now that Leckrone is making threats, the gloves seem to be off again. Our BoD only reacts when threatened by Leckrone. They don't have the balls between them (including Gloria) to fight for shareholders on an on going basis.

I think that for now, any information that may be useful to the creditors committee in their efforts to justfy why a Trustee should be appointed, should be sent to them immediately.
