I would agree as BK proceedings are a means for filing companies to get out of what is considered to be unfavorable contracts. I worked for a large media company that filed BK, and we had a legal team that was focused on reviewing the 1000's of contracts and deciding which ones they considered to be unfavorable and include in the BK.
