Is there any action that can be taken by PTSC based on the apparent suspension of activity on MMP licensing? http://www.alliacense.com/announcements/

Also, does anyone know whether the Acer and Datalogic licenses last year for MMP and TPL's wholly owned patents were cleanly separated from a monetary point of view?
