I have seen many opportunities to even the playing field and alter/remove the disproportionate/LOPSIDED M. A. , which put PTSC in a Helpless/submissive position..

(Our only Bod member who is an Attorney and should have known the consequences of his actions vis-a-vis agreeing to sign off on it.)..

I am of the opinion that CJ WILL NOT discharge his FIDUCIARY DUTY on behalf of S/H's..

This opinion is based on his previous actions/IN-actions..
