That could be true, but I doubt it. I don't believe that CJ would just stand by and let her make any decision that HE did NOT agree with..

For example; There is no reason. 'that I can think of', that would prevent GF from initiating a search for a THIRD member on the PDS BoD.. ---Except non-concurrence by CJ---
