Please .... So what Moore engaged DL, so what ? By that logic, if Moore hadn't invented the MMP then he wouldn't have needed to speak with DL in the first place either. How far back do you want to go ???
Like DL, Moore has no "duty" or obligations to PTSC shareholders (aside from standard implicit ones), besides what our BOD bound them to have via the JV and ComAg agreements.
What does Moore or DL joining together have to do with PTSC's BOD electively placing the future of our public company, our assets, and the protections of we Shareholders, at the hands of a private company through one sided contractual agreements ?
Looking out for PTSC's interests by building, monitoring and enforcing contractual protections is the responsibility of our decision makers ONLY, not ANYone else.
No one else is to blame but PTSC leadership for the quagmire we find ourselves in today.
