"A 'take over' cannot be easily done because no simgle person or group owns enough sares. The stock would need to be bought in the open market and once the 5% mark is hit it must be reported. If i am correct, there is not any entity that holds 5% or more shares at the moment. 5% is about 20,000,000 shares. Does that help.
