Because IMO it is happening and has been happening. Not many saw the
AAPL deal because it was "kept in a drawer". But it did happen. And they, AAPL, are worried or interested enough to be part of the list of those being informed by the court.

How is it that AAPL is a "creditor"? Is their license deal at stake here?
