A few years ago, at a SHAM, the PTSC BoD was asked whether they had sought or would seek a valuation of our share of the MMP. The question seemed to both surprise and confuse them. I don't believe it was answered.. Lack of valuation would seem to imply no intent or desire to consider acquisition as an option to provide shareholder value.
