The person who said shareholder lawsuits never go anywhere is wrong. I was and still am involved in the wamu bk and re-org of the holding company. Without going into detail, it was a little old lady from texas who single handidly got a law firm to fight for an shareholdler member to be placed on the creditors committee. The shareholders adversaries included the likes of the fdic, jp morgan, all the creditors etc.. Share price of the holding company has gone up for those who held or bought from about 50 cents to over 3 bucks. The shareholder rep., who is now the ceo of the holding company is going after jpm and others for big bucks. hmmmm

More importantly for ptsc shareholders. It is not a far stretch to bring swartz into the frey and he has the deep pockets can you say clawback from swartz toxic funding dump days.
