What is a "survey" (of ?) "potential manipulation" ?

Why not just do your investigation ? I hope the post about it is true, they can coordinate with the SEC here too and really cover the stock; maybe go back 6-7 years even.

That said, I'm doubtful of any investigation, because announcing their intentions is self defeating of the purpose. Here in the US, the SEC does not announce and will not notify anyone accept for those it is investigating, until such time as Charges are actually levied if they find them.

So .. yeah, I'd like to see the source of that anticipatory investigation too.

We'll see, maybe.
