As I recall, many years ago PTSC even made a formal statement and disavowed having any connection to the request, submission or support for our stock to trade there in the first place. So, one has to seriously wonder, WHO and WHY was that request to trade a US penny stock on a Germany Stock Exchange made ???

German PTSC investors should look into that.
