It is my opinion that these documents clearly show that there is no attorney-client privilege in California when it comes to patent inventorship/ownership, and that Mr. Higgins will be allowed to testify. Further it is apparent and quite clear that Russell Fish was the inventor of the Fish Clock and patent 336. Chuch Moore states same on more than one occasion. Chuck Moore refused Mr. Higgins request for documentation providing ownership/inventorship regarding any of the ShBoom technology, including the Fish Clock, while Russell Fish was completely forthcoming with this information. Chuck Moore states on his resume that Patriot Scientific is the owner of the ShBoom technology. There is more... but I like what I`ve read here so far!
