Thanks BaNosser! Based upon B&O`s arguments, it would appear that the attorney client privilege should not be allowed in preventing Higgins to testify. I think once we get affirmation of the same from fogel,and an announcement of a court date to finally settle ownership issue ...we will then see larger daily buying volume in anticipation of PTSC victory. At least at this point, both sides are engaged...outcome is on the horizon and we as spectators are able to witness the strategy. Great drama and very exciting. Thanks to all for the dd and debate!
