Essentially, your thread regarding deal making with DL is the most egregious BOD bashing one can provide, yet not a peep out of anyone who typically complains about BOD bashing.

Essentially, what you say implicitly is that our 3-person PTSC BOD/Management team has not only been impotent in doing their job as stewards of our company in their various dealings with DL, but HAS NO CHANCE OF EVER succeeding in this regard.

That's PURE BUNK! DL is nothing more than a business person who will take any advantage that you allow him to take, and even some you don't explicitly allow. He'll push the envelope, even past the legal limits. The business world is replete with Dan Leckrones. Unfortunately, our Resident Lawyer - Carlton Johnson, our resident Forensic Accountant - Gloria Felcyn, and our Resident CFO and Interim CEO - Cliff Flowers who claimed all kinds of beneficial relevant experience when joining PTSC, simply haven't WANTED to execute their responsibilities to control DL and enforce the agreements made. They contined to NOT WANT to do what is necessary to protect shareholders and dispense of Leckrone. Instead, they feign impotence and lament the very processes that the company depends on for its success.

You're bashing the BOD worse than anyone else and framing it as an excuse for them at the same time.

They simply need to do their jobs! The fact that they won't tells us more about them than it does about DL.
