Perhaps true, but what an inadequate and disproportionately weak solution that would be to the damage this has caused.
One can legitimately argue that PTSC's past and current problems can all be traced to this very issue.
Would we be here if 5 years ago, PTSC insisted on an independent menber that truly required the spirit of the agreement to be upheld?
Heck, even our own member didn't require it, so, I don't find $180K even a start toward rectifying the wrongs that were perpetrated on PTSC shareholders because of his unwillingness to properly execute his duties.
