Hi, SGE.

Out of curiosity, you wrote "Why am I so convinced? One simple reason: A second Licensing Agent has been engaged."

The only public releases I have read say there is a new agreement which makes some provision for hiring another LA. The terms of the agreement, and the terms and conditions under which PDS may hire an LA, are as far as I know confidential and therefore are unavailable for analysis as to for example the feasibility of actually engaging an LA. If you have more information than this, please share it!
