It seems to me to be part of the, "Cooperation/Colusion,,Payback", for DL's help in;;;

Facilitating E.S.in collecting the Bulk of License monies, at the time of the "GREAT RIP-OFF", of the PTSC... LAMBS ..!!

Remember the dilution of share value, resulting in E.S. increasing his Number of shares,beyond the number that was authorized, Leading to PTSC,,Pohl,and CJ along with the Rubber stamp contingent..issuing Warrants,in lieu of shares..which were subsequently increased in value by paying dividends on shares and on his warrants,resulting in the sharp increase in S/P.

Accompanied by his, 'TOUT', (Anylist) helping to keep the momentum turned upward while Schwartz unloaded..(Did anyone go on the ALASKA CRUISE?)....

IN,,Hindsight it sure looks like..."We been HAD"..
