Thanks, Bano. The filing by Chick Moore about the tardiness or lack of the crucial plan's filing by TPL is telling.
For starters, his argument (delay in MMP licensing) rings true for PTSC yet PTSC (and other creditors) do not appear to have complained. That seems to imply no communication or cooperation between PTSC and Chuck.
One has to applaud Chuck for doing what Carlton Johnson and co. either don't care about or don't understand.
