TPL and Patriot must agree on a third member. They were deadlocked which is why it went to arbitration in the first place. However, Carlton Johnson made a mistake by commencing arbitration against Leckrone. It should have been Patriot against TPL.

Is Swamy is sitting in for Leckrone or TPL. If he does not represent TPL the hearing today might be to move arbitration forward for the third member.
