Well, please re-read the the MMP Plan. PDS continues to be the licensor in the same way it is right now. All that is happening is Aliacense is being replaced by MIG as the "Commercializing Entity", with better terms for PDS AND Leckrone is out at TPL. No Leckrone entity will be involved with the commercializaiton of the MMP portfolio again. PTSC retains it's position at PDS and approves all licenses and litigation.
