Moore has plenty of skin in the game...he is willing to put up or shut up...should we not do the same?

5 Note: Mr. Moore is the holder of Claim 26 against TPL for a total of $30,195,000. This claim is waived if the January 23, 2013 Settlement Agreement is not rejected by TPL. Given that the MMP Plan rests in part on acceptance of the January 23, 2013 Settlement Agreement, the MMP Plan assumes waiver by Mr. Morre and makes no allowance for payment of his Creditor Claim 26.
