I am contemplating the same thing, salvage a little of possibly loose it all. these is the classic symptoms of total capitulation.

There is nothing worse than bleeding to death by multiple pin pricks. What troubles me most is the fraud seemingly perpetrated by our BOD at the hands of the TPL/Lecky scam that led to our demise.
