"Who is HCM and NCM, referred to as IP Owners? Chuck Moore?"

I believe these are shell companies set up by Leckrone to own the various patents that TPL and Alliancense monetize. Probably a move to get them out of TPL. I think I saw these mentioned a month or so ago in a Pacer.

The key for all of us is this:

• There was mention of a wave of settlements
• Substantial income from settlements"

I believe this "wave" related to Fast Core, which recently got 2 settlements and for which TPL expects many other infringers to settle once the BK matter is resolved (presumably in TPL's favor). I don't think the "wave" was related to MMP but I hope I'm wrong.
