Is there anything we can do with regard to what I would consider is illegal actions over the last several years? Is there any litigation we can file against our BOD and/or SEC compalints in lookimg at all this freaking bull crap?!

It's clear, wrong doing has taken place with DL and possibly our BOD yet it seems we have no recourse what so ever. I am sicken by all of this and want people to be held accountable starting with our BOD! Prison time needs to be brught up to cliff flowers and teh entir BOD!

Their "pay" should be the first line of action. How dear they get paid for a horrble job they have done. Screwing the3 stock holders, it's down right criminal!!!!!

They should all be chraged with collusion and corruption with TPL.

I can not express the anger and frustration with all this bull....
