Dear PTSC BOD,

As a stock holder in Patriot Scientific, I am disgusted with your horribly poor performance! Your pay should equate to your performance, ZERO! I have tried to communicate with PTSC regarding our situation with regard to our stock price. All the shareholders are sick and tired of the poor communication and lack of direction in which we are headed.

I find your actions to be criminal in working with TPL and Dan Leckrone. I have filed complaints with the SEC, better business bureau and the justice department, looking for a criminal case to be filed against the PTSC BOD.

Please provide some insight to the sahreholdrs as to where we stand in all of this mess? Will we still have time to file suits and collect even after the patents expire? We need to step away from the corruption TPL/DL has pulled us into. What are we doing about that, or are you in bed with them as well?!
