Why buy a close to dry cow, when you get almost whatever milk there is for free ?

A buyout or sale would require Shareholder approval.

"..buy it for pennies" .. It's only worth $12M now, and they can issue themselves millions of Options at pennies if a miracle happens.

"..and they can run free..." They already "run free", and Shareholders pay for their folly.
