Well I was going to add if it were even worth it to them cost wise...so I guess you are inferring that we are of no burden to them as the company sits.

I would figure it would save them the headache of filing, nuance regulations and compensation issues of being a public company...

I have no emotional attachment...my only hook here is watching a long shot horse...I'm alittle perturbed though as this was a wasted opportunity in which the bad guys have won.
