Brian, I think your point is: that the amount is no where near what we could achieve if the court ruled directly in our favor. So if we get a million now, it's a sad day and a loss as we could have gotten 10 million with a favorable ruling ( and 10 million times the number of suits is a whopper of a number compared to 1 million times the number of suits ).

Don't you think a million dollars times number of suits is, though not what is could be, a good deal of money? Could it be enough to pay dividends?

I am just using a million dollars for HTC because of the fiasco of the $900K paid by Apple and the way the court ruled on that. Maybe HTC paid more because of the pressure to avoid something in a court hearing and to get on with this DL BK situation and the court's pressure!

You called it pocket change so I have to ask, have you seen the actual numbers of the settlement amount or heard it from a source?

If PTSC becomes a 200 million dollar company rather than a 200 billion dollar companythen just what is over (except the hope and expectation and the justice of what could and should have been I know..... but to be over ( if it really is ) and have something is better than to have nothing ) even though a disappointment over what could have been.
