With a market cap on $4.2 Million and about $5 Million in the PTSC's bank account, why wouldn't Leckrone scrape the money together and just buyout PTSC? Or rather than scrape, dip into the Cayman Islands bank account and tranfer money to a shell and then take over PTSC under an assumed name, assuming he has a Cayman Island bank account, LOL...

He or anyone else could take control of PTSC and then they can get their hands on the cash...
