ronran - you have seemingly given up on the license prospects and I obviously have not. Pending the outcome of the appeal and the work product hearing, I feel that there is still air in the lungs. If Lecky gains control of the company, he also gains control of the cash; not to mention that the work product issue goes away. I would imagine Domninio would also vanish.

It begs to ask, if you feel this is a lost cause, why are you still here monitoring the board?
