This "deal" is NOT with TPL, but PDS, Mac Leckrone (MMP Licensing LLC) and Alliacense.

This ends the arbitration between PDS and Alliacense, IF fullfilled, Dominion and MMP Licensing are then having the Reverse Engineering Documentation.

May be THEN we will see some efforts of licensing.
