As I understand it, getting the reverse engineering documentation has been the hang up to moving forward. DH had been and is ready to go now. If this latest deal is true and reliable and meant to settle differences to get dollars generated, this will open the gates and doors to settlements, IMO.

Why Mac and not Daniel? Interesting switch-a-roo if you ask me. A signal of a meaningful change? A single or few license agreements/settlements and the question will be answered.

My belief is that DH has paperwork done from prior discussions. They just need to plug in some numbers and get signatures. And why wouldn't they create and develop this new agreement unless deals were or are ready to be made? Too greedy to do it with out some sort of promise of money ( significant money), IMO.

I also wonder what named companies are doing or thinking now that information about their supposed infringement is being let out of the box????? Or do they even know/realize?
